| Nearly £100 was raised by staff at the Ricoh Arena’s hotel for Comic Relief.
Cookies iced with a smiley face were baked by Anthony Craig, who works in the kitchen at Singers Bar and Bistro. Helen Wilcox, Candice Stevens and Becky Thawley from the 71 Rooms & Silk Suites hotel sold the cookies to staff and visitors to the Ricoh Arena. Helen said: “The cookies were scrummy. They all had a cherry on the top to mark Red Nose Day and we raised a total of £97 so I would like to thank everyone who bought a cookie in aid of Comic Relief.” |
